Did you know that you can substitute chorizo for ground beef in many dishes, like chili, tacos, nachos, quesadillas, stuffed peppers, and casseroles? Mexican chorizo adds a spicy kick when cooked, crumbled and sprinkled on taco salads. You can use it to flavor beans, queso and cheese dip too!
