Blood & Tongue (Morcilla)

 
Blood and Tongue sausage is created with an authentic German recipe. It is fully cooked and can be sliced for sandwiches or meat trays, or cubed and pan-fried with eggs, onions, peppers, vegetables or potatoes.

It is available as a whole 8 pound loaf or a case of ¾ to 1 lb. random retail packs.
